Welcome to the Boca Woods furniture flipbook.
This is your chance to purchase some of Boca Wood’s memorabilia including furniture, priceless paintings, tables and knickknacks.
This book will show photos of the existing furniture in the Clubhouse that will no longer have a home here at the Club. Most of the furniture listed was currently
used in the clubhouse lobby, locker rooms and in storage.
We are providing the Membership the first opportunity to purchase any of the furniture or fixtures listed in this flipbook. There is a minimum bid of $25 for furniture and paintings, and $10 for knickknacks, so please take note of this.

All Bidders Must Submit their Bids by Email Bids will only be accepted by emailing [email protected] Include your name, member number, item number(s) you are bidding on and your bid amount.
All Items Sold in “As Is” Condition All items are sold as is, without guarantee to their value, function or genuineness.
Winning Bid Highest bidder of any item will be the winner of that item. Each winner will be notified by email with the list of the items they won with instructions regarding how to pay.
Items Values Are Estimate Most items offered for auction are given an estimated value by Boca Woods Management. This valuation is only an estimate and is not a guarantee of the object’s resale value or worth.
Boca Woods Country Club Holds No Liability Once an object has been legally transferred over to the winning bidder, Boca Woods ceases holding any liability over the object. Any damages incurred due to its misuse is not Boca Woods responsibility.

Bidding Information
Items May Be Removed From Bidding by Boca Woods
Although items may be listed in a catalog as being available for bidding, the Club Management
reserves the right to remove items from bidding at any time, for any reason.
Items Must Be Taken Away After Purchase
All items successfully purchased by the bidder must be removed by the winning bidder within five
days. The expense to move the item is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
Bids May Be Disqualified or Rejected The Club Management reserves the right to disqualify or reject bids made during or after the
auction, for any reason.
Club Management Has the Final Say
All disputes over matters related to bidding are referred to the Club Management, who has the final
say.
