Allison Bottoms earned her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy fromGrand Valley State University in 2004. She has spent the last 15 years of her career working as a PT in the Hibbing area. Allison has received specialized training in manual therapy for the spine and extremities, including the use of myofascial release, joint mobilization, muscle energy, neuralmobilization, and craniosacral therapy. She treats patients with a variety of orthopedic issues, including those suffering fromback pain, neck pain, headaches, TMJ disorder, vertigo, and post- concussive symptoms. She enjoys using her skills to help patients regain the ability to move without pain, especially for those who have given up hope of regaining their normal, healthy lifestyle.

INGREDIENTS • 1 cup fresh carrot juice • Juice of 1 lime • 1-inch chunk ginger root, juiced • 1/2 large avocado • 1/2 ear of fresh corn
