Allow the lucky recipient to choose between a perfectly served glass of Champagne Laurent Perrier, post-Christmas lunch in our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, a springtime afternoon tea or even an overnight stay... whatever they desire. Booking Form A deposit of £10 per person is required to make a booking with the signed booking form. The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the event; final numbers and menu choices must be given at this stage. The Hotel cannot take responsibility for chasing late payments and whilst every effort will be made to contact organisers it may be assumed that the booking has been cancelled. Deposits are not refundable or transferable. The Hotel reserves the right to change the programme or menu at any time without prior notice. All information was correct at time of going to print. By road From M25 London Orbital:

By rail Regular services run to both Guildford mainline station and London Road station. From London Road Station: Turn left out of the station into York Road. Turn right at the Traffic lights on to London Road. The Mandolay Hotel is located directly in front. From Guildford Station: Turn right out of the station. Taxis are available.

Exit the motorway at junction 10 and follow A3 (S) for approximately 7 miles. Leave the A3 at the A322 Guildford / Horsham / Bagshot / Aldershot exit. At the end of the slip road turn left towards Guildford and immediately left onto Parkway. Continue on Parkway and take the third exit at the roundabout onto London Road. Continue along London Road for 1 mile, at the traffic lights continue straight, the Mandolay Hotel will be on your left-hand side.

Turn left onto the A322/Bridge Street. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A246/York Road. Turn right onto the A3100/London Road the Mandolay Hotel is on the right hand side.
