• 1/2 lb ground turkeymeat • 1/2 lb ground pork meat (optional) • 1/2 cup shredded cheese • 1 crumbled bouillon cube (optional) • 1 tbsp hot sauce • 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro, divided • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• 4 cloves garlic, grated + 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1/2 tsp red crushed chili pepper flakes (optional) • 3 tbsp butter • 4 medium zucchini, spiralized • lemon juice

Forturkeymeatballs: Combinegroundturkeyandgroundpork,cheese,gratedgarlic, Italianseasoning,bouillon cube, red chili pepper flakes, chopped cilantro and black pepper in a bowl.
