COVID-19 Return to Office

COVID-19 Return to Office Plan

Overview

Team Lists

A s COVID-19 restrictions ease across Queensland, it is time for Infoview to look to increase the opportuni- ty for the team to come together more frequently in the office. Sue and I understand that bringing people back to the office is not as simple as ‘flicking a switch’ and know that consideration needs to be given by way of a transition period. We are fortunate that the floor space and layout of our of - fice allows us to return in 2 teams without having to re-ar - range office furniture. While team members are encour - aged to come to work as per the team roster note, this does not prevent team members from continuing to enjoy the flexible work practices that are in place as agreed with your direct line manager. Further, additional requests for flexibility will, as always, be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note, your safety in relation to the mental and physical wellbeing of the team remain our #1 priority. Therefore, if you have any concerns these should be raised with Sue or I as a matter of priority.

As has always been the case, if you are unwell (especially with COVID-like symptoms), stay at home and get tested.

Kind regards and stay safe,

Requirement

Implementation

Whether in the office or out and about in the community, it is essential that you are mindful of protecting your health and be - ing safe. At Infoview, we have plans in place to protect you. • We ask that all team members are mindful of the impor - tance of maintaining social distancing as per the guidelines • The office will be cleaned regularly. It is also a requirement that the team wipe down meeting rooms (after meetings) and individual workstations at the end of the day. • For your safety personal protective equipment (PPE) is avail - able in the storeroom – face masks and gloves. Hand wash - ing stations and sanitising sprays and wipes are available throughout the office.

Ensure safe distancing between employees and visitors Safely manage the flow of people in and out of the workplace

We have ample space to ensure 1.5 metre distance can be ob - served at workstations With the limited staff numbers in the office, it is not anticipated that flow will be an issue. This is further simplified as we do not have a lift. Signs on meeting room doors clearly state the number allowed per room

Planning for collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and hot-desking

Contact tracing remains an integral part of the community’s de - fence against COVID-19. Please ensure:

• If you are going to be absent during the week your team is in the office, advise your supervisor via Slack. • If you are coming into the office and not in that week’s team, advise via #attendance channel. • All guests to the office must sign in. This information will be used in the event of an outbreak.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

See you back in the office!

The mental health and wellbeing of the team is of utmost im - portance to Infoview as a business. Should you have any con - cerns about the return to work approach please speak with Sue or Mary.

Transport

Moving to 2 teams will mean we do not have enough car parks for all the team to utilize. Recent research suggests that given the current situation in QLD, public transport is deemed safe. However, if you choose to travel on public transport it is recom - mended you wear a mask and frequently sanitise your hands. For up to date information on the best times to travel etc please use this link . For those that do not have a car park and who would prefer to drive into work, the McWhirters car park has a flat rate of $12.00 per day (at your own expense). Please use this link .

• Early Bird – enter between 4.00am-10.00am and exit be - tween 12.00pm-8.30pm.

If you have any concerns about transportation to and from work, please raise them with Mary or Sue.
