OUR 21 ST BIRTHDAY

We asked our employees why they were glad they took a shot at DAS. Here were some of our favorite answers! It's a long list! The mentality of all the co-workers - great teamwork & attitudes. The flexibility, employee-owned, better pay and being compensated for your hard work, the support I've received, etc.

This company, provides so much support and training - it is a great feeling to be part of such a great team! The culture here promotes growth, communication, and most of all SUCCESS!

I am so glad I took a shot at joining DAS because I have received so much support, so much training,

and so many tools to be successful. DAS encourages a very fun, client focused

environment. My co-workers, even in different states, feel like friends. DAS encourages this by having The Kickoff and Zoom meetings so we can get to know one another.

I LOVE this company. Words cannot explain. They treat their employees with so much appreciation.

Besides being an ESOP, I appreciated their belief in me and I try to remember that every day. I am awarded a lot of creative freedom in my career and it helps that I can always be me!

What are some of your most memorable moments or snapshots from your time here?

Kickoffs and team building exercises. Also working with clients so many times over the years you build a relationship with them. Kickoff! My most memorable moments are from Kickoffs, for sure! We all get together to celebrate and laugh. You can really feel how much DAS values us by the party they put on!

Company gatherings! All of them have been a blast!

Too many to count. I would say the Kickoff they announced the ESOP.

When we took over the rest of the 1st floor we had a party to "Take Down That Wall." We all took turns throwing a sledgehammer at it until we broke through. Linda P. then poked her head through the hole in the wall.

Getting to play Officer Rivera with RESPA Cop...I really felt like I was back in high school in one of the plays. We do a lot of serious work here, but we also have fun and it's important to love your job and feel appreciated for your work.

My first branch holiday party/awards ceremony. I work from home full time, so seeing the people I "work" with daily in person was amazing!

Believe it or not, the day Doug Schukar took time out to wish me happy birthday and realizing it wasn't just some "automated email." It was real and genuine and made such an impact on me because not many CEOs take time out to personally wish their employees a happy birthday that isn't sourced from some auto generated thing.

Happy Birthday DAS! Like a fine wine, you get better with age, and are better shared!
