Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers employees confidential telephone counselling and advice on a wide range of work and personal issues that may be affecting their work life balance. Our counsellors are on hand to help with a wide range of issues including family problems, stress, bereavement, money or debt worries, bullying, alcohol or drugs, anxiety and depression. What will my employees receive?

• Access to a freephone 24/7 confidential counselling advice line

• An advice line where an employee and any member of their immediate family can discuss any issues that may be affecting them

• Advice & support on a wide range of personal and work issues such as legal, emotions, health, retirement and addiction

• A personal employee assistance membership card that can be kept in an employee’s wallet/purse to ensure they are never without their confidential counselling advice line

• A service that will remain free to use, no matter the amount of times an employee or their family may access the advice line

How does it work? Easily!

Each person will be provided with an employee assistance membership card. All they then need to do is call the number provided, quote the company who employs them and the area they live within. All calls are confidential.
