KBA Rebrands As Koenig & Bauer by Greg Kishbaugh

Baldwin Acquires PC Industries Baldwin Technology Company Inc. has acquired the assets of PC Indus- tries, Gurnee, Illinois. PC Industries (PCI) is a manufacturer of vision in- spection systems for the printing, converting, packaging, pharmaceuti- cal and security printing industries. Founded by JackWoolley in 1975, PC Industries’ brand of products is com- plementary to Baldwin’s offerings. PC Industries is Baldwin’s fourth acquisition since joining the BW Forsyth Partners’ family of compa- nies in 2012. In 2014, Baldwin ac- quired Web Printing Controls and, in January 2017, Air Motion Sys- tems. Earlier this month, it complet- ed the acquisition of Ahlbrandt Systems GmbH.
