A VIRTUAL ONLINE COURSE TO INTRODUCE NETWORK LEADERSHIP

Face-to-face time during a course is undeniably invaluable. However it is the emerging world of virtual communication which Network Leaders need to master. As a consequence, this course is has been intentionally designed as on online group experience. THE FOUNDATIONS OF NETWORK LEADERSHIP course extends over a period of 12 weeks. It consists of 7 virtual sessions - with each session lasting one half-day (4 hours per session). The sessions take place every other week, allowing time between sessions for reading background material, preparing case studies and holding individual consultation sessions. A certificate of completion is received at the end of the course. A follow-up session 6 months after the formal end of the course will review progress and address challenges.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE KEY ELEMENTS OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF NETWORK LEADERSHIP COURSE

Each participant can schedule up to 2 individual consultation sessions during the 12 week period of the course. The duration of both of these consultation sessions is 60 minutes. Bibliographies Recommended reading list and an extensive bibliography of relevant content. Case Studies Diverse business cases illustrate the impact of Network Leadership. Organizational Network Analysis Maps are used to highlight key features of networks and to visualize the impact of Network Leadership. StrengthscopeLeader TM Each participant receives the results of a 360° Feedback Strengths-based instrument.

Intense, content-rich sessions during which participants gather online to listen to and interact with the latest theory and research on Network Leadership, analyze relevant business case studies and engage in robust group discussions. The first 6 sessions are organized around one of the 6 principles of Network Leadership. The final 7th session is a reflection on the course including a discussion of next steps.

FOLLOW-UP SESSION

Step 3 ALUMNI NETWORK PLATFORM Alumni of the course have automatic access to an exclusive virtual network platform. This will provide a forum for the F OUNDATION OF NETWORK LEADERSHIP alumni not only to keep up to date with latest developments in Network Leadership but have access to a secure cloud-based platform to exchange reflections, experiences, best practices and learnings with other FOUNDATION OF NETWORK LEADERSHIP alumni.

An 8th session will be scheduled for 6 months after the end of the formal course. This will provide the participants with the opportunity to review their progress, exchange best practices and renew their connections with other course participants. In addition, this session provides participants with the opportunity to meet the next cohort virtually and share their experiences and learnings with them.
