Zero Tangent Radius Conveyors

The Fusion Tech Zero Tangent Radius Conveyor is designed to provide curved conveyance in small spaces while maximizing all available space. Utilizing Intralox Series 2100 Zero Tangent TM Radius Flat Top belting, this conveyor provides a constant inner radius no matter the belt width and eliminates the need for straight belt before and after the curve. We designed this conveyor in such a way as to reduce maintenance and costs, while eliminating belt mis-tracking. The flat top construction of the belt eliminates catch points in the conveyor, improves safety, and manag- es difficult to handle packages, heavier loads, and higher speeds. Each Zero-Tangent Radius Conveyor is custommade to your requirements and specifications and meet all Sanitary Equipment Design principles, so they are easy to clean.

Featuring the 180° Zero Tangent Radius! All the benefits of a Zero Tangent Radius con- veyor made 180° — giving you greater flexibility in moving product throughout your facility. No tangents required before or after the curve in the latest addition to our line of Zero Tangent Radius Conveyors.

Intralox Zero Tangent Belt Provides constant inner radius, eliminating the need for tangent belt on either side of the radius.

Dual Lane Radius Conveyors

Pivoting Conveyors

Fusion Tech Dual Lane Radius Conveyors are designed to provide a tighter radius and allow each belt to discharge to a different machine or line.

Fusion Tech Pivoting Conveyors provide high powered conveyance in a tight space where employee egress is required.

Belt hold downs are located below the main surface of the belt, pre- venting product from catching and losing alignment on the hold downs. Outside and inside hold downs are pinned in place for easy replacement should they wear out. Our dual lane radius conveyors come with a variety of options, allowing you to “design your own” and get the conveyor that perfectly fits the needs of your specific application. We exceed all AMI Sanitary Design Requirements when manufacturing our conveyors, making them safe to use in the food processing industry and durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments.

The end of these conveyors pivot up and lock into place, allowing employ- ees to easily move between workstations without the need for crossovers, platforms, and catwalks. The belt can be designed to move when the conveyor is locked in the up position, allowing product to accumulate, or shut off using a safety magnetic switch.

The bars to activate the pivoting feature are located on both sides and are linked together for easy access from either side of the conveyor.

Metal Detection Conveyors

Metal Detection Reject Conveyor

Fusion Tech metal detection conveyors are designed to provide flexible inspection solutions to suit a wide range of light to heavy-duty food applications. We work with leading metal detection companies to provide you with sanitary conveyors for transfers in, through, and out of metal detectors. Our solutions can also be applied for metal free zones, rejection systems, lockable reject bins, and more.

The Fusion Tech Metal Detection Reject Conveyor was designed to work with an Anritsu model metal detection and check weigh system to reject meat product flagged as contaminated or not in the weight range. Guided thruster arms push product from the conveyor into the reject cage. A lock on the reject cage prevents employees from taking rejected product out and placing it back on the line, providing extra safety. Constructed of high grade stainless steel with an open framework, our box off tables meet all AMI Sanitary Equipment Design Requirement for use in a food processing facility, and are durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments and last you for years to come.

Our metal detection conveyors range from simple stop-on-detection system through to fully automated detect-and-reject systems.
