Foreword
Life has its way of bringing the best out of us. Our experiences in the last few months prove just that. A certain strength of character, resilience, adaptation to the new normal, and the promise of ‘more to life’ is what has kept our patrons and employees of Hiranandani Communities #unitedbydistance. The business has resumed, our project site is bustling, with all social protocols in place. It’s time to welcome you to our project office again! As handing over of ready apartments is in progress, the last slabs of all the eight under-construction towers are now completed. Internal works are simultaneously progressing for all towers along with plans to paint the external façade soon! The access ramps and the central podium superstructure are taking shape. New retail stores in Sector A are now functional and providing delivery service There now is a dairy, fresh fruits, and veggies supplier, frozen foods supplier, and a fast-food restaurant. Many more are under various stages of signing up and will soon be operational. As a value-add for our investors, our leasing desk has tied-up with Multiliving, a network of curated apartments for urban professionals, offering a hassle-free renting experience complete with tech-assisted home management and hospitality services.
