To do this well requires a deep understanding of the challenge, the environment and the outcomes you need. It requires a blending of the right capabilities needed within a carefully structured team.

We actively build a community of people who not only have the experiences, skills and capabilities we need, but who also share the same beliefs, the same focus on value and the same emotional intelligence that enables them to fit in naturally with a wide range of organisations and cultures. Our community wants to be flexible. Some want to work full time, and are happy to achieve that by working across one or more engagements. Others may want to be part-time; for some it might be a few days each week, for some, a few months per year.
