Job Announcement Administrative Manager

Wilmington Country Club is a prestigious private club that offers its members a full range of recreational and social amenities. Our club has an outstanding reputation for its commitment to excellence in the quality of services and experiences provided to its members. It is our goal to ensure that an excellent level of service be maintained at all times. We are currently hiring an Administrative Manager. This full-time position with a flexible schedule will support the Accounting and Membership teams as well as the General Manager/COO. It is our goal to provide a high standard of service to our membership. Responsibilities • Act as the Club liaison to the Membership Committee Chair as it relates to new member processing • Knowledge of membership by-laws to assist members with questions regarding account status changes and billing • Prepare Finance/Executive/Board Packets for General Manager/COO • Support the Wilmington Country Club President with their preparation of Executive/Board Meetings • Responsible for the set up and communication of Wilmington Country Club Committee meetings • Work with the Centennial Scholarship Committee on membership communications regarding donations for the Centennial Scholarship Fund • Oversees Front Desk Receptionists and provides support as needed • Attend monthly Department Head Meetings to record the minutes

Qualifications •

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized and detailed oriented • Capable of multi-tasking while effectively and efficiently managing one’s own time and responsibilities • 3-5 years previous experience as an Administrative/Office Manager • Experience working with various committees
