BEGIN YOUR CAREER WITH US No matter where you choose to begin your career with us, we’ve got you covered when you’re ready to explore new options. Apartment Make Ready Technician Works to prepare vacated apartments for market readiness. Responds to service work orders including paint jobs, pressure washing duties, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks. Apartment Maintenance Technician Performs maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-in, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
Supervises and coordinates the maintenance team throughout repairs and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes. Assists with hiring, training, and coaching of maintenance staff. Monitors property, landscape, and maintenance repairs for quality, readiness, and safety.
Regional Service Manager Supports the properties in day-to-day operational issues and helps in completing tasks necessary to meet performance benchmarks including supervising staff, ordering parts, scheduling vendor service, completing work orders, preventive maintenance. Regional Service Director Evaluates all preventive and routine maintenance programs, assists with interviews and onboarding, helps in the preparation of future budgets, assists with due diligence inspections on potential acquisition properties.
Certifications Apartment Maintenance Technician EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date Apartment Maintenance Supervisor EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire; CAMT required at hire or within 6 months of start date in the state of FL only Regional Service Manager EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire; CAMT required at hire or within 6 months of start date in the state of FL only
