About Henley

02

Henley is a full service Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager with several offices globally, originating and managing opportunistic deals in their own SPV funds and inviting Institutional, Family Office and High Net Worth investors to join them in structured investments. They have an active deal flow allowing investors to cherry pick which deals they choose to participate in. With around 50 different active SPV funds currently in operation, fund structures can range from one large investor to several smaller players. The total equity invested per deal currently ranges from $5m-$150m with close to $2bn of capital deployed to date. The majority of these investments are executed on a deal-by-deal basis providing their investors with concise and relevant information once an opportunity has been secured. This highlights the deal attributes, a clear business plan and the target for investor returns. Henley creates a Fund SPV for the investment and carries out all of the financing and asset management providing a full service approach for investors. Henley will invest its own capital along with third party limited partners into each of its deals. Within the last year, Henley has also launched its first fully discretionary fund SIPUT. A secure income long-term fund with large Pension Fund investors. It has raised £410m to date and plans to hit its hard cap of £600m by end of 2018. Reporting to the Chief Executive and as an integral part of the executive team, the incoming Development & Asset Management Director will lead the development delivery and optimisation of all European assets, providing clear and innovative leadership of both the existing internal team of 10 heads and/or with the Henley JV partners.
