27 years old, and is originally from Dacula, GA. She is a former Advanced-EMT, and has worked

her way into the marketing field within the last 6 years. She enjoys traveling and spending time

with family and friends. Taylor is happily married to her husband, Slade. They reside in Monroe,

MARKETING TIPS

1. Take a million pictures! You will never regret over photographing a walk through,

construction site, a closing, etc... You can delete bad photos later, but when you go to make

that social media post later, you’ll be glad you have the options!

2. Learn to use a preset! Presets are the EASIEST way to instantly take your photos from “eh...”

to “wow!” (refer to the marketing dept. or your local GenZ-er for help!)

3. Promote the town and the community as a whole, not just the listings! Give outsiders the full

picture of what it would be like to live in your community!

LISTING/SALES TIPS

The more you add to your listing the better it looks.

Log-in to your MLSs and check your listing for location.

Send all photos in landscape orientation – they look much better in the listing and fit

on website better.
