Hiranandani Parks witnesses positive transition.

The past few months have been transformational for Hiranandani Parks. We are happy to announce ‘Rela Hospital’ has begun operations in earnest within the township. Emergency Medical Services, Wellness Packages, a minor OT with ICU and an in-patient department are available for residents. Nilgiris, one of the oldest supermarkets chain in the south of India, will soon open its doors in our township’s High Street Retail Area. The location with a sassy name ‘Oragadam Social’ plays a key role hosting all community gatherings, whether a fun fair or festive celebrations. A venue, where our residents greatly enjoyed the Christmas merriment and grooved to the sounds of the DJ. The Tierra, our luxury villa plotted development is changing too. Plot owners having now started construction of their dream residences. It’s truly a sight to behold. With a return of normalcy, in a post Covid world, the surrounding hi-tech industries have restarted work; thus resulting in a spike in rental accommodations. Many apartments, once empty, now have life within. Greenbase, our Industrial and Logistics Park arm; now hosts 5 giant pollution free light industrial spaces, creating employment for 1000’s of people, further spiking demand for residential units. The rains too have further helped in further greening the surrounding environs of the township. Three lakes surround our township, the golf course is lush greens and the vivid colors of our iconic domes reect the township in all its glory.
