R A D I C I M A R I N E The Division Radici Marine, entirely dedicated to the naval sector, was founded in 2017 and it is specialized in textile flooring for cruise ships, ferries and yachts. Although it was born just few years ago, our marine division takes advantage of a long experience in this field. Radici has been present in the naval sector since the nineties, when we began offering customizable “Imo certified” textile solutions to the leading ship owners and shipyards. Thanks to a careful selection of raw materials, a particular attention to detail and a rigorous monitoring of the entire production process, we are able to offer multiple solutions, always ensuring high-end style and quality, key elements of the “Made in Italy”. The recent opening of an office in Miami is the confirmation of how the group Radici values the marine division and at the same time incorporates the company’s vision: a brand fully dedicated to satisfying the peculiar requirements of the naval and nautical sector with a comprehensive approach to support our clients.

Radici Pietro Industries & Brands SPA is a company active in the high-end textile flooring sector, specialized in the production of textile flooring and artificial grass. With the headquarters in Cazzano Sant’Andrea (Italy), the company was founded by Pietro Radici in 1950. Starting as rugs manufacturer, Radici has evolved exponentially over the years, growing into a large diversified industrial group with a worldwide recognized brand.

Today Radici is the only Italian manufacturer of textile flooring and it is present in more than 90 countries.

Radici never lost its original identity while being a part of a global textile group: a manufacturer of textile flooring in which tradition marries innovation, placing cutting-edge textile technologies at the service of creativity.

Our technical department develops tailor made solutions to avoid waste of material even in the most complex layouts. Moreover, our laboratory can prepare any sample of design and textile for a realistic preview of the final product. Choice of the product We pay great attention to the intended use of our yarns. To help finding the right product, we offer the widest range of IMO certified solutions for the marine world. For more than 70 years, the threads of the finest materials are woven under our eyes. With our equipment we put the most advanced textile technology at the service of the “Made in Italy” creativity, and the results are products of excellent quality. Thanks to the complete control of the entire production line , every stage of the textile manufacturing process becomes an opportunity for continuous improvement and innovation.

There are several hidden properties that can contribute to a superior textile flooring, therefore each phase of the product processing is carefully evaluated to achieve the best quality. Tufting, Axminster and Wilton are the most common technologies to produce wall to wall carpet. They all have few peculiar aspects that make them more suitable than others for the specific applications. What really makes the difference, in terms of quality, is the perfect mix between the density of the fiber and the quality of the yarn used.

In Radici we consider the selection of the raw material one of the main aspects to create an exceptional product. We decide to use only the finest wool and we weave the yarn directly within our company Radici Hungary. By owning the yarn production from the start, we are able to truly optimize the quality of the final product. For all our wool and Wilton products we believe in using the wool from the New Zealand, which has better properties compared to the European supply.

Tufting Quality, speed and customization are the keywords of our textile flooring produced by the Tufting looms. In addition to a wide range of products within our solid color collections, we are also able to offer endless possibilities of high-definition customization with the use of the printing technology “Chromojet”. Thanks to an excellent mix of constructions, compositions and colors, even for small quantities, we can create a unique, comfortable and contemporary carpet in a short span of time.

Wilton Wilton weaving is the most traditional technique to produce textile flooring. Two or more series of yarns are woven together to obtain any type of structure: loop, cut, and cut & loop. For all our Wilton products, we use the finest wool from New Zealand. This wool is not only incredibly soft, but it is also extremely durable. Thanks to the Face-to-Face looms, we are able to meet the expectation of a specific market that requires large quantities of material.

Axminster Flexible and durable, the Axminster quality is perfect for the high traffic areas. Thanks to the use of new generation looms, we can accomplish complex and refined textures up to sixteen colors. The ideal composition for Axminster products is 80% Wool and 20% Polyamide. The density and height can be chosen according to the target area. In addition to the traditional Axminster, today we also offer the possibility of having a “carving” feature, a a technique that allows to enhance the details of the design.

Handtuft Our handtuft products are the result of authentic artisan excellence. Expert and precise artists weave the design directly onto the fabric by hand, creating a real unique flooring. For the handtuft quality there is no limit to customization, you can decide size, design, colors, construction and, most important, composition. New Zealand Wool, Silk, Linen, Bamboo are just few of the fibers that we use to achieve three-dimensional options and to create a unique masterpiece before your eyes.

Artificial Turf Thanks to the experience gained in the world of synthetic grass for sport applications, we are able to create landscapes with a special HD (high durability) yarn. The result is a product of great strength without sacrificing the quality, for which our products have been always recognized for. Our product range, carefully designed for the naval world, includes artificial grass in different colors and heights to adapt to any specific areas.

Logistic Our logistic department develops and follows a detailed production and shipping plan in accordance with your project schedule. Thanks to our eco-friendly packaging, also on this stage, our goal is to respect the environment. With our comprehensive approach to assist you throughout the entire project, we also have warehouses available to stock your textile flooring.

Every roll produced in our factory is carefully packed, labeled and stored in our warehouse waiting to ship all over the world.
