CELEBRATING GOOD WORKS RISE REHAB PARTICIPATED IN NATIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY MONTH IN OCTOBER

National Physical Therapy Month (NPTM) is an annual opportunity to make our good works known! It is a time to celebrate all that our Physical Therapists do to improve the health, mobility and quality of life of the patients we serve. It is our mission at Rise Rehab to provide the light and hope for our patients and community! During the month of October, Rise Rehab staff played games with our patients, dressed up weekly, and promoted Breast Cancer awareness. Check out the photos of our crew celebrating National Physical Therapy Month. We dressed up as super heroes one week. Another week we had our Rise Rehab t-shirts to support Breast Cancer awareness, sporting our logo in hot pink with the pink ribbon on the sleeve. We sell these t-shirts at all of our locations, and all proceeds go towards Breast Cancer awareness. There were also lots of games, prizes, and dressing up to be had by all.

TRY THIS SINGLE KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH Lie on your back and bring one knee to your chest, keeping the other foot flat on the floor. Keep your lower back pressed to the floor. Hold for at least 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 2 to 4 times with each leg.
