1. Transient Rate Policy: a. Daily transient rates are based on overall boat length (LOA). The minimum daily dockage charge will be calculated based on a 35-foot minimum LOA. b. All transient boats must be covered by insurance, and transients staying 30 days or more must provide proof of insurance. c. Reservations require one night’s dockage deposit via credit card to confirm. Reservations cannot be transferred from one vessel to another. d. Cancellation of reservation less than 48 hours before reservation date will result in a 1-day dockage charge. A $25 administrative charge will be applied for any cancelation. e. Monthly reservations have 30-day cancellation policy and require a 25% deposit upon booking. f. All rates are subject to change without notice. 2. 4. Annual Lease Rates: a. Annual lease rates are available for boaters wishing to have extended leasing arrangements. Annual leases are not available for slips T1 thru T5 (transient slips). b. Annual leases will be covered by an annual lease agreement, available on request. c. Annual lease rates are established per slip. Utility charge is based on metered usage only. Published lease rates are reviewed and updated annually.
