B U S I N E S S T E R M S

Syngenta Seeds B.V.’s published General Terms & Conditions of sale and delivery (hereafter the ‘General Conditions’) apply to all offers and deliveries made by Syngenta. In the event of a conflict between the business terms set out below and the General Conditions, the business terms set out below shall prevail. Syngenta Flowers Business Terms

1. Prices Prices are effective April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023. All prices are in USD per 1.000 seeds/cuttings and are subject to change without notice. For more details, please contact your Area Sales Manager or our Customer Service staff. Seed sold by seed count only. 2. Discounts We offer discounts based on the total net invoiced sales from the previous calendar year. The discounts in the table are effective for the seasonal year, April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.

6. Crop Shortage In the event of a crop shortage, delivery will be on a pro rata basis, beginning with those orders already approved by Syngenta. After these orders have been satisfied, new orders approved by Syngenta will be filled. 7. Returns As stated in the General Conditions, no seed may be returned without first obtaining a written authorization from Customer Service and will be restituted according to the principles mentioned in the General Conditions. 3. Minimum order size

A $ 25 service charge will be added to all orders below $ 200.

4. Packaging Fees A $ 1,- charge per packet will be added for packets with less than 5,000 seeds/cuttings used to fulfill an order line. 5. Shipping and documentation In addition to the costs mentioned in the General Conditions, freight costs and additional shipping documents (Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin etc.) will be charged to the buyer.
