It’s a controversial topic: to eat before bed, or not to eat before bed? Many professionals have different views on whether or not eating a meal before hitting the sack will lead to weight gain, a slowed metabolism, and an upset stomach. However, there are some concrete studies that prove your weight and health rely more on the value and quantity of what you’re putting in your body and less on what time of day you’re consuming your calories. Your nighttime eating habits also depend widely on your individual needs and health. For some people, eating right before their head hits the pillow may not be the best idea, but for others, it won’t cause any harm.
