Buyers and Sellers are bound by these conditions even if they have not read them. The Terms and Conditions state the responsibilities of the Buyer, Seller and Sale Management. • Examine Horses Prior to Bidding: Veterinary assistance is available at bidder’s expense. Please contact Oklahoma Equine, Dr. Catherine DeHann (sale veterinarian) through the sale office. • Leave Hip Number on All Horses and Leave Horses in Original Stalls. • Prospective Buyers must obtain Buyer’s Number at the Sale Office before sale time • Registration papers will be withheld for 21 banking days from the date of sale. Cash purchases will receive registration papers the day of sale. • Announcements: To avoid making costly errors, please pay attention to all announcements made from the Sale Office and/or the Auction Block, especially concerning horses on which you intend to bid and/or buy. Such announcements supersede printed material. • Acknowledgement of Purchase: After making the final bid on a horse, the buyer will be asked to sign the Acknowledgement of Purchase. Please print your name and address clearly since this document is used for the AQHA, APHA & NRHA transfers, invoicing, and in publishing sale results. • Settlement: All transactions must be settled during or immediately following the end of each Sale Session. • Buyer’s Premium: 5%. MULTIPLE EMBRYOS Since the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) rule change allowing more than one foal (multiples) to be registered out of a mare in the same year, it is not possible for the AQHA, the Sale Management Company and/or the Sale Catalog Company to know how many live foals a mare has produced each year. PLEASE NOTE: the fact that a foal is an embryo transfer does not necessarily mean it is one of multiple foals. The fact that a foal was born naturally out of a mare does not necessarily mean it is a single foal. Neither Sale Management nor the Sale Catalog Company will be held responsible for providing information as to multiple embryos (foals of the same year) and/or embryo transfers out of mares or dams in sale. Nor will either be held liable in any way for buyer’s belated awareness of such information. Embryo Transfer status of sale entries may be, but is not required to be, announced at the sale. REPOSITORY OF RADIOGRAPHS Radiographs have been recommended for all sale entries. Radiographs will be maintained on the Asteris Repository and be available for viewing by any licensed veterinarian (veterinarian logon can be obtained through sale management or Asteris). The radiographs may be viewed at the Horse Sale Office or online via computer, smart phone or tablet. Buyer shall be assumed to have knowledge of any fault, defect or condition that a reasonable inspection of the horse, or the radiographs on repository, should reveal. Buyer is responsible for inspecting horse and for viewing any radiographs before bidding. With respect to the repository a) Maintenance of repository shall not alter the Terms and Conditions, which shall be binding on all parties; b) Sale Management (RSBF, Pegasus Sales and Parnell Dickinson, Inc.) will NOT review and shall not be responsible for the radiographs on repository and makes no warranty, whatsoever, regarding the completeness or accuracy thereof; c) Knowledge of information in the repository shall not be imputed to Sale Management; d) Consignor shall be solely responsible for all of the information placed in the repository; and e) Submitted radiographs become the property of Parnell Dickinson, Inc. and will not be available for viewing after the horse is sold. INSURANCE Markel Insurance Company is the Official Insurance Company of the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity. Markel Insurance Company will be providing fall of the hammer coverage for all horses purchased at the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity Horse Sales. Mortality coverage will be provided for the horse’s purchase price once the hammer drops and coverage will cease 24 hours after the start of each sale. You will be able to continue coverage by applying online at www.horseinsurance.com or visiting with a Markel representative attending the sale.

NEVADA SALES TAX Nevada Sales Tax of 8.625% will be charged and added to the purchase price of all horses purchased except those with documented exemption claims. In order to qualify for exemption from Nevada Sales Tax the buyer must sign a resale certificate and must also present to the auctioneer a copy of a sales tax permit or resale permit issued by the Nevada Department of Taxation (NDT) or their home state. This documentation is required to be copied and retained by the Sale Management, and must be valid as of the date of purchase. If the buyer’s home state exempts the sale of horses from sales tax, then the buyer may qualify for exemption by completing an affidavit that the purchase is being made for resale in the normal course of business in their home state, and that their home state does not tax the sales of horses. To qualify for exemption at the time of settlement, this documentation must be presented before buyer settlement. If specified documentation is not presented to Sale Management before settlement of the Horse Sale, sales tax will be charged and must be paid. If valid documentation is received at the Sale Management office no later than September 30, 2017, the buyer will qualify for consideration of exemption from Nevada Sales Tax and Sale Management will issue a check for a refund of taxes paid. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The 2018 Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity Sales (the “Sales”) are held in conjunction with the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity Show. The Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity (RSBF), its Committees, employees and representatives as well as Parnell Dickinson, Inc. (PDI) its employees and representatives, hereinafter referred to, collectively and individually, as “Sale Management” are not responsible for any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the loss, damage, injury, death or illness of any animal, person, or property before, during or after the sales. 2. Sale Management shall not be bound by any oral or written agreement or alleged agreement between the Buyer and the Consignor that contradicts these Terms and Conditions, unless agreed to by the Sale Management. Any disagreement or claim between the Buyer and the Consignor arising under any such agreement shall be a matter for their resolution. 3. All horses consigned to the Sales are offered in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. All transactions between Buyer, Consignor, and Sale Management are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. 4. THE BUYER HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO EXAMINE HORSES BEFORE BIDDING . Horses entered in the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity Sales will be available for inspection. Bidders are encouraged to have a veterinarian perform a pre-purchase examination on any horse they may consider buying. Prospective buyers are hereby cautioned and advised by Sale Management to examine horses thoroughly prior to purchasing. Each horse offered for sale is offered and sold “As Is and With All Defects.” There are no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind concerning the merchantability, soundness, physical condition, health, disposition, or fitness for any particular purpose of any horse sold in the sales. Except in the case where the consignor, or consignor’s representative, makes a specific guarantee. In such cases, the guarantee is strictly by the consignor, or consignor’s representative, and not by Sale Management. RIGHT OF RECOURSE, IF ANY, MUST BE DIRECTLY TO THE CONSIGNOR AND NOT THROUGH SALE MANAGEMENT. Sale Management is not responsible for a buyer or consignor misunderstanding. A recording will be made of the entire auction, which may be used to help settle disputes regarding statements made about the horses while being offered for sale. The question of “guarantees made by the consignor from the auction block” shall be settled strictly between the buyer and consignor. Sale Management is not responsible for the guarantees or warranties of the Consignor. 5. Consignors are hereby bound by the consignment contract completed upon nomination of sale entry, as well as these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any legal dispute between the buyer and the consignor, Sale Management will not act as agents for, or represent the buyer or the consignor. Sale Management merely provides a medium for bringing together the consignor and the buyer for the purpose of a sales transaction. Sale Management assumes no liability on behalf of the buyer and no liability on behalf of the consignor. 6. The person making the highest bid recognized by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. If a dispute should arise between or among two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall settle the dispute, and the decision shall be absolute, final, and binding on all parties. Any successful bidder shall sign an Acknowledgement of Purchase, which shall be presented by an auction clerk immediately after the purchase has been made. Should such presentation not be made prior to commencement of bidding on the next lot offered, the buyer shall immediately identify himself/ herself to the auctioneer as buyer and sign the Acknowledgement of Purchase. In the event that a person other than the recognized buyer signs the Acknowledgement of Purchase, such action shall not give such other person any right or title. Immediately upon such erroneous signing of the Acknowledgement of Purchase becomes

known to the auctioneer, he shall cause theAcknowledgment of Purchase to be presented to the recognized buyer for signature. If the highest bidder fails to immediately execute the Acknowledgement of Purchase or otherwise fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, or in the event of a mistake by the Auctioneer, Sale Management reserves the option to re-sell the animal and such resale shall terminate all obligations of Sale Management and Consignor to honor any previous bid. Sale Management and/or the auctioneer reserve the right to reject any and all bids. 7. The right to repurchase or pass-out (P.O.) an entry is reserved by the consignor, or consignor’s representative. Any such action must be made prior to the auctioneer announcing that the entry has “sold.” Sale Management is not responsible for the integrity of any specific bid and the consignor, or consignor’s representative, understands and assumes all responsibilities for any bid that is made and not thereafter honored. In the event any bid is not honored, the seller agrees not to hold Sale Management responsible. 8. Title to and risk of loss passes to the buyer when the animal is announced as “sold” by the auctioneer. Title and all risks are assumed by the buyer whether or not “delivery” has been made. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of purchase, but no delivery will be made until final settlement has been made. Delivery of a horse shall be contingent upon the buyer making a full settlement to the sale cashier. After a satisfactory settlement is made, delivery will be in the form of a “release” for the horse from the auction grounds. After delivery is made, buyer shall remove the horse within the specified time announced, and shall be subject to any charges associated with the purchase should he/she fail to do so. Buyer is responsible for the care of the horse immediately after purchase. 9. Terms of the sale are CASH and payment in full must be paid directly to the sale cashier during or immediately after each Sale Session. All payments shall be in U.S. Currency and drawn from U.S. Banks only. Payment shall be in the form of cash, cashier’s checks, personal checks (with proper bank letter of guarantee or introduction and picture identification, such as driver’s license), traveler’s checks or designated credit cards. The following credit cards will be accepted: Master Card, Visa, Discover, & American Express. A valid driver’s license or another form of positive identification is required for personal checks. Bank Drafts and temporary checks will NOT be accepted. Any party issuing a check returned as “non-sufficient funds”, “payment stopped”, “account closed” or a check that for any reason does not clear payer’s bank, will be sent to the County District Attorney’s office for collection and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. A fee of $50.00 will be charged on any check that is returned. Payment must be made to the cashier in all cases. Payment to any other source is prohibited and is not recognized as settlement. In no case shall the Buyer pay any part of the purchase price directly to the consignor, as such payment shall not be valid or entitle the buyer to obtain the horse. Foreign Buyers must pay with a check drawn on a U.S. Bank, U.S. Currency or International Money Order or Wire Transfer denominated in U.S. Currency. Buyer agrees not to stop payment on check for any reason. 10. IF ANY PERSON SHALL PURCHASE A HORSE AND NOT PAY FOR IT AS PRESCRIBED ABOVE, Sale Management or Consignor shall have the right to resell the horse, or at their option, bring legal action in which event buyer agrees to pay all cost of such suit together with reasonable attorney fees as fixed by the court. In the event of resale the defaulting buyer agrees to pay all costs of resale and price deficiency, if any. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on the unpaid balance of any account not paid for as set forth in these terms and conditions. 11. ABSENTEE BIDDERS must make arrangements with Sale Management prior to the auction. Funds in the amount of the anticipated high bid must be received by cashier’s check made to Parnell Dickinson, Inc. or bank wire transfer to Parnell Dickinson, Inc. before bids may be placed on a horse. Credit cards will not be accepted for absentee bids unless prior arrangements have been made. 12. A 5%Buyer’s Premiumwill be added to all purchases. The Buyer’s Premiumwill be ENTIRELYDISCOUNTED for the portion of purchases paid for by cash, cashier’s check, or personal check. 13. Nevada Sales Tax of 8.625%will be charged on all purchases and will become a part of the purchase price, unless the Buyer has complied with the requirements for documented exemption claims. See additional information in this catalog. 14. Broodmares are guaranteed only to be bred to stallions as indicated. No guarantee is made of pregnancy status or eventual foaling unless made specifically by the consignor. No return privileges or live foal guarantees accompany mares unless stated by consignor with proof in writing of such agreement issued by stallion owner. Each broodmare selling as bred to a stallion will have been examined by a veterinarian within 10 (ten) days of the Sale Date and reported at the sale as “in foal”, “open” (which shall mean not in foal), or “bred” (meaning an insufficient amount of time has passed to determine pregnancy). Any purchaser of a broodmare sold in this sale may have the mare examined by an acceptable veterinarian within 24 hours after the start of the session in which the horse sells and before the horse leaves the Reno Livestock Events Center. Any broodmare so examined whose pregnancy or breeding soundness status is found not to be as represented at the time of sale, may be returned to the consignor as unsold, and the consignor shall pay veterinarian’s fee for examination. If the mare

is not examined before leaving sale grounds, and later found to be open, No Right Of Recourse may occur. Any contractual agreements between owners of broodmares in the sale and owners of stallions to which these mares may have been bred are strictly between the buyer and the consignor. 15. If buyer finds a horse to be significantly lame (1 out of 5 or greater by AAEP Standards) within 24 hours of the start of the Sale session in which the horse sells and prior to the horse leaving the Reno Livestock Events Center, the buyer must notify Sale Management by a statement from the Sale Veterinarian. Broodmares and horses represented only as breeding stock are exempt from the Lameness Warranty. The Sale Veterinarian shall state in detail the results of the examination. Examination and related expenses shall be at the expense of the buyer. Sale Management shall review the statement to determine if the condition existed prior to the Sale. The decision to allow or disallow the rejection of the horse by the buyer will be consistent with the opinion of the Sale Veterinarian and the decision of Sale Management shall be final in all respects. The Consignor has the responsibility to disclose if any drug or medication is being administered to a horse for the maintenance of any condition. 16. In the event a horse is returned to the Consignor in accordance with conditions of 14 or 15, the Consignor agrees to pay all reasonable costs involved with the sale and return of the horse, including transportation, board and appropriate sale fees. If legal action is initiated by any party, for any horse entered in this auction the Consignor and Buyer, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify Parnell Dickinson, Inc., and Sale Management from such suit including legal fees and all related costs incurred by these entities. 17. Sale Management or any representative thereof makes NO guarantees as to the accuracy of the paperwork for any horse selling on breeder’s certificates, and/or registration applications. 18. Sale Management makes every effort to avoid errors and to assure correctness in the catalog. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it. As such, buyers are cautioned to pay close attention to announcements made from the sale office and auction block regarding changes in the sale catalog. Announcements take precedence over printed material. Sale Management, or any representative thereof, does not assume any responsibility or liability for errors or omissions, or for any verbal or written statement regarding the animal sold. 19. All original registration certificates, transfer reports, and/or applicable breeders certificates, and/or registration applications, will be held by Sale Management until the buyer’s payment clears the bank. Upon payment clearance, all applicable paperwork will be forwarded directly to the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for only one transfer fee per animal purchased as well as any registration fees associated with a purchase selling on application. Originals will be released to the buyer if all balances due are paid in the form cash the day of the sale. Pending registration papers being processed by the appropriate registration agency at the time of sale will be returned from the agency to the consignor who shall in turn deliver to the Sale Management. Sale Management will then forward the registration certificate to the buyer. Original registration certificate and accompanying paperwork will be released to consignors for horses not sold (pass-outs), after all expenses are paid. Originals will be released to the consignor if all outstanding balances due to Sale Management are paid in cash the day of the sale. 20. All horses in this sale have been tested negative for equine infectious anemia (coggins test). Out of state or other health certificates may be obtained from the official Sale Veterinarian and are at the buyer’s expense, in accordance with the regulations of the Nevada Department of Agriculture. 21. Each horse consigned to this sale must pass through the auction ring and all transactions must go through the sale office. Hip numbers in the sale have been determined by Sale Management. They cannot be removed by the consignor or the buyer while the horse is on the grounds. Stalls are assigned for each horse sold and can only be changed by Sale Management. Any item not covered in these Sale Conditions shall be regulated according to the established customs and practices of professional auction companies. 22. Buyers and spectators are cautioned to be careful while on the grounds and particularly while horses are being sold or shown in the sale ring. All Persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Sale Management assumes no liability, legal or otherwise for accidents, injuries or loss of property. 23. Admission to the premises constitutes your agreement to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded in connection with the shows and sales and other events at the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity Show and Sales, or related activities, and your agreement that your likeness and voice may be broadcasted, distributed or displayed in connection with any promotion created from these events without any compensation being paid to you. The taking of photographs and the making of drawings or paintings of the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity Show and Sales and related activities are permitted for personal use only. All commercial uses are prohibited without the express written consent of Parnell Dickinson, Inc., as it may apply. 24. The Reno Livestock Events Center, assumes no responsibility for the sale.

This young filly is very athletic and willing with a huge motor and a go all day attitude. She has been in training with Matt Zimmerman in Caldwell, Idaho, since April 2018. In this short time, she has developed a nice stop, spins, lead changes, smooth transitions and can work a cow. Matt swings a rope off her, cracks a bullwhip, moves cattle, opens gates and has been hauled extensively. Betty B stands for the farrier, ties all day long and has many outside miles. She has more try than any horse Matt has ever worked with.

She is very good around other horses and since she is spayed you won’t have to deal with all the down- falls of a mare as she is like having a gelding. Stilettos enjoys tracking cattle and could make a nice rope horse down the rode. She has been easy all the way through and you will enjoy having her as your own.
