Generally the planning consultation consult would be for a client looking for advice on their renovation or new build prior to engaging a designer or architect. Through this we are able to provide the client with general information regarding the build and introduce the client to consultants to help with the design process.

The cost planning & consultation is recommended for clients who are looking for a further understanding around the construction of their home prior to council submission. We are able to provide advice on the suggested building methodology, advise on potential cost savings or potential unforeseen and unexpected costs. We are also able to provide the client a detailed cost breakdown on scaled drawings, with the inclusion of provisional and prime costs for budgeting purposes as well as preliminary costs.
