“I think it’s a real asset to any business and we’ve had some real success stories. We have ten apprentices that work for us from Sandwell College and they have been very supportive and have helped us find apprentices that we’ve gone on to hire. Apprentices are so keen to learn and they’re such a joy to work with, they’re like sponges and want to grow and develop. Sandwell College really go the extra mile.” James White, Winner of The Apprentice, Owner of Right Time Recruitment
