Thank you for your interest in the role of Project Manager with ETL within their Oxford office.

ETL works with public and private sector clients across the Health, Science & Research and Higher Education sectors, providing consulting services that transform their clients’ estates and operations.

They are a sociable and close-knit team of experts who believe in working with clients to provide a truly consultative approach to their services. Due to a growing pipeline they are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team.

The Oxford-based Project Management team work predominantly with Science & Research institutions, delivering a range of highly complex and challenging projects, across but not limited to the Oxfordshire, Surrey and Berkshire regions. YOUR EXPERIENCE Project management • Previous experience in a project management role, successfully delivering technically complex build projects • Preferably with experience within the science and health sectors and / or from a construction consultancy environment. • Demonstrable experience of working with clients to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful project outcomes

Client stakeholder management • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of personal accountability and authority. • The ability to work with key stakeholders within complex organisations, to build and develop relationships. Commercial • NEC contract administration awareness. • The ability to support new business development and bid tender preparation when required, including attending networking events and interviews. Professional qualifications • Full membership of a chartered institute in the construction industry (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB) with evidence of Continuing Professional Development. • Preferably degree educated in a construction related subject.
