STUDENT MISSIONS

Student Trips empower youth – whether as groups or individuals – to impact local communities throughout the world. They also give each participant a broadened cultural perspective and deep ministry experience.

What s tuden t t r i ps do These trips train students in how to do foreign missions, give them a platform for ministry, and give them the opportunity to engage people in another country. Whether they’re using music , drama or working with kids , the elements of evangelism and team building are present throughout the trip.

Student Fusion takes high school and college students (ages 16-22 years old) around the world.

The Missions Reality class is a rigorous introduction to practical ministry for students at the Bible Institute .

SCHOLARSHIP MONEY FOR EDUCATION You can help pay for your education at the Word of Life Bible Institute by going on a Student Fusion Trip. Juniors receive a $1,000 scholarship, and Seniors receive a $2,000 scholarship. *Not sure what the Bible Institute is? Check it out at wordoflife.edu .

Experience a variety of ministry opportunities such as: running special events, teaching, pouring into children’s lives, helping with projects, partnering with local churches, taking part in spreading the Good News of Christ to the community, and more!

Not sure how your abilities can be used in missions, but want to devote some time to missions work? Are you interested in full-time missions, but just aren’t sure yet if it’s right for you?

Launch Program

You choose which opportunity and time frame is right for you. We’ll help you get there. Adults, retirees, families and students have preached, taught, run programs, cooked, cleaned, and designed websites. These are just a few examples of the hundreds of ways Launch has helped regular people use their skills for God’s glory on the mission field.

Work Teams - Each of us has a God-given ability, and Word of Life would love to partner with you so you can use your abilities to minister in a practical way around the world! At some point all of our fields and facilities need to be updated (or even built from the ground up!), and we would like to invite you to take your knowledge and skills overseas with us to accomplish these necessary goals.

Heal t h Care Tr i ps

Many of our fields use medical missions to meet not only the physical needs but also the spiritual needs of the people around them. Team up with other doctors, nurses, dentists, chiropractors, pharmacists and more to help reach people where they are.

You need intense training and hands-on experience if you’re going to reach the world. The Cross Cultural Internship is one of the best short-term programs out there, and it helps you do just that.
