Check out the partner’s LinkedIn page, website, or email signature to find their company logo and photo.

Add buttons

Add custom buttons to make the app even more useful and personalized to your partner. Home search links, linking to a testimonial page, etc., are often a great start. Buttons you have added in your personal version of the app will also show up here.

App Users Tab

The App Users tab allows you to see each client that the Mortgage Loan Originator chooses to co-brand with you. This includes anyone that you share the app with.

Loans Tab

The Loans Tab allows you to see similar information to the App Users Tab. It also allows you to see all specific milestones that the loan is in as it progresses.

Doc Inbox Tab

The Doc Inbox Tab allows you to see all document uploads from borrowers that are not already tied to a loan, or documents you upload yourself.

Share App Tab

The Share App Tab allows you to text or email your co-branded app to prospective clients.

Stats Tab

The Stats Tab allows you to see information about who is using your app, what calculations they have run and document uploads that have been submitted.

07

HOME PAGE

The home page of the app looks like this. The tabs along the bottom of the app are useful tools for you and your clients.

The next pages will explain how each of the tabs work.

08

CALCULATOR TAB

There are 3 different calculators that you and your clients can use–Purchase, Refinance, and Affordability. You can also save calculations to pull back up at a later time.

All loan types are available to choose from.

The calculator format is easy to use. You can use the scroll dot, or you can type in each field for more specific calculations.

09

Results Page

From the results page you can: A) Save the calculation B) Email the PDF or C) View the amortization The client may also choose to get pre-qualified toward the bottom of the screen.

Saving Calculations

After clicking the Save button, clients simply choose a name and click save. They can view their saved calculations from the first page of the Calculator Tab.

10

DOCUMENT SCANNER

The document scanner makes sending in documents fast and easy. Plus, they are sent secure and encrypted to the Mortgage Loan Originator.

From the Scan menu, select the option that is needed to make sure you get the document uploaded.

Scan a Document

Start the process of getting the document(s) to your phone.

Send a File

Select a file on your phone if the document is already on the device.

Drafts & Sent

Resume sending a document that you’ve already started the process with.

The next pages will walk you through the Scan a Document option.

11

Naming the Document

First you will need to name the document you are uploading. There is a list of options to choose from. If you don’t see the title of the document you are uploading, you are able to name it whatever you would like. Select ‘OK’ to continue.

Scanning the Document

A scan mode option will then be displayed. In most cases, ‘Recommended setting’ works just fine, but for color documents, such as licenses and IDs, there is a ‘Requested in color’ option. Choose the scan type and hit ‘OK.”

12

A set of scanning instructions will be shown giving the user tips on how to properly scan the document. The phone’s camera will automatically turn on allowing you to take a photo of the document. When you have the document fully lined up, select the middle button on the bottom to take the scan. Once the scan is taken, the cropping tool will let you make any adjustments needed. Once the adjustments are made, select the ‘Crop’ option to continue. If you need to retake a scan of the document, you are able to hit ‘Back.’ Next will be a contrast adjustment filter to make sure the document is clearly legible. Once you can read it clearly, select ‘Done’ to finalize the edits. Next there will be a review page where you give final approval on the document. If the document looks great, you can hit ‘Send’ to upload the document to your account profile. If the document has more than one page, you can instead hit the ‘Add Page’ option to scan the next page, where you repeat the process until you have the full document ready to upload.

13

Sending the Document

Once you are done, select the ‘Send Securely’ button to upload the document. You will get a confirmation once the document has uploaded successfully. You can click ‘OK’ to return to the home page of the app.

124

CONTACTS TAB

For mortgage loan originators, the Contacts page is separated into two groups: Partners and App Users. Partner accounts will be divided into Servicers and App Users. In either case, any contact may be selected.

Using Contacts to Communicate

By selecting a contact, the contact options for communicating will be available. The user may choose to export the contact, so that they have the person as a contact on their phone as well as the app.

15

Managing Borrower Info and Loans

When selecting an app user on the Contacts page, if a ‘View Loan’ option is available, many things can be done from there. The user may view requested docs, and other loan details.

Managing Partners

Mortgage loan originators can choose to share their partner’s co-branded app. They will need to put in the recipient’s relevant contact information. The partner should be a CC if shared via email.

The originator may also edit the partner’s info.

16

LOANS TAB

The Loans Tab allows you to access all loan information. The ‘Loans’ screen will have a few management and sorting options available to access: A) Sorting menu options to better filter information B) Options to start a new loan application for a borrower or send out a Pre-Qual letter C) Applications tab showing all loan applications currently in progress but not finished and converted into loans D) Loans tab showing all active loans associated with the loan officers’ profile

Sorting Menu

If you tap on the sorting menu, the sorting side window will display allowing the user to filter based on ascending/descending order, borrower name or submission date, and by loan status indicators. This filtering will apply to both the ‘Applications’ and ‘Loans’ sections.

17

SHARE APP

After logging into the app under the ‘Quick Links’ section of the the home screen will be a button labeled ‘Share this App.’ You will then choose whether to share with a borrower or a partner.

You will then choose whether to share the app with someone already in your contacts, or to create a new contact first, then share it. If you select ‘Find in my contacts’ a list of all contacts will pull up for you to choose from.

18

If sharing with a borrower, the option will be given to assign a partner as well, making the app co-branded. Choose a partner from the list or choose ‘Skip’ if you do not wish to assign a partner.

A preview of the app will be shown to confirm that the information is correct. If everything looks good, choose to ‘Share by Text’ or ‘Share by Email.’

19

Review the share message and then send the link to be downloaded and installed by either the borrower or partner.

Quick Share

There is also an option to ‘Quick Share’ the app. This option allows you to send the app to anyone as long as you have their contact information. Note: This option will not send a notification to the mortgage loan originator that the app was shared, or create a new prospect.

You will be taken straight to the ‘Share by Text’ or ‘Share by Email’ option. Select how you would like to share and enter the necessary contact information. Adjust the share message and then send the link for the new user to download and install the app.
