VD = Vacant Dirty

OC= Occupied Clean

OD= Occupied Dirty

AE = Arrival Expected

DP = Departure Paid

DN = Departure Not paid

DND = Do not Disturb

LS = Late Service

RS = Refused Service for the day

DL = Double Lock
