1. BUST : Women measure around the fullest part of the bust, and around the back over the bra line.

Here are some tips that will help you make sure that all of your members look terrific! First, check the description for the item that you are ordering, and note the chart letter that is listed. Locate the correct chart and notice which measurements are needed for that particular chart. We have provided you with a roster on the back side of the order form pages. This page is to be used as a worksheet for you to list your members, their measurements and the sizes that you select for them. It is a good idea to make several copies of the roster page before beginning. We recommend that members are measured wearing only undergarment or very lightweight clothing such as a t-shirt. Measuring over bulky clothing will give you inaccurate measurements. Make sure to hold the tape measure straight. It should be snug, but not tight.

For most ladies' garments, it is easiest to start by locating the bust and waist measurements on the size chart. For bust and waist measurements, the chart lists the maximum recommended measurement for that size. Our customer service representatives can give you more specific information on how to select sizes. Please note that for Show Choir items offered on Chart E, the measurements listed are considered the maximum measurement that the size will accommodate. Items on this chart have been sized with our Zip to Fit technology. All items are made in stretch fabrications, and will stretch to fit beautifully up to the size listed on the chart. Any measurements between sizes should select the larger of the two sizes. For example, on Chart E, a female with a bust of 33”, a waist of 28”, and hips of 39”, should select a size 8. The dress will Zip to Fit, with slightly less stretching at the bust, but alterations shouldn’t be needed. For those individuals with measurements that fall more than one size apart, we make custom patterns for a small fee of $45. Please supply bust, waist, hips, skirt length and height.

Fit lines include one per size of the actual garments that you ordering and can be used to try on each member to determine the preferred size. CUSTOM SIZES For those members that are above the size range of our charts, custom size garments can be made with an additional pattern charge as follows: dresses $45, ladies’ jackets and tops $35, skirts, pants and vests $25. Please take time to make sure the measurements are accurate, as custom garments are not returnable. Due to dye lot variations, we are unable to guarantee an exact match on all orders. Re-orders are best handled by sending in a sample garment. RECEIVING ORDERS In each shipment a packing slip will be enclosed listing all of the items in that shipment. Please check your shipment against the packing slip and inspect each garment for damages. Shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package. RETURN GOODS POLICY Returns are permitted on stock merchandise received within 30 days provided that the items are in new condition and all tags are still attached. Merchandise that has been worn or altered can not be returned. Goods returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee.
