The new Aurora range is the ver y latest innovat ion from Steelite Internat ional. Aurora uses react ive glazes in combinat ion to achieve stunning colour and contrast ef fects.
An ar t isan approach is used in decorat ing each piece of Aurora by hand. This accentuates the individualit y and craf tsmanship required in its creat ion and gives each piece personalit y. Two react ive glazes are used on each item, either to create contrast or to achieve a more sophist icated tonal look. In either case, the ef fect is one of r ichness and vibrancy, enhancing the creat ivit y associated with many cuisine t ypes.
Aurora is backwards compat ible with both Revolut ion and Vesuvius ranges to fur ther ex tend a creat ive and versat ile presentat ion.

Aurora, our most recent glaze innovat ion is all about combinat ion. To do this we have developed a method of showcasing two dif ferent glazes on the same piece. The beaut iful two-tone glazes integrate per fect ly with Steelite’s Revolut ion and Vesuvius ranges, creat ing tabletop presentat ions that are unique and desirable.

Using reactive glazes that change in colour and intensity depending on their application, Revolution glazes are specially formulated to enhance all the nuances experienced in their execution. Applied by hand using a revolving motion, the path the brush travels across each piece is evident in the fired result. The glazed sur face of each piece in the range is as dif ferent and unique as the ar tisan that created it. This provides an ideal plat form for Chef to showcase their ar t, no mat ter what the cuisine style.
