SIMPLY SAFE NET Simply Safe Net is our online compliance portal that provides you with all the tools you need tomanage food safety in your business safely and securely. compliance documentation as well as recording any accident reports, food complaints, EHO visits and allegations of food poisoning. Our experts will analyse, assess and, if needed, follow up any allegations on your behalf. You will be able tomonitor audit performance and store all your

BESPOKE HACCP SYSTEM A dedicated food safety consultant will visit your premises to carry out an initial assessment of your business, gathering all the information needed to create a bespoke HACCP system. We update all documentation in line with any legislation or guidance changes as they happen, as well as annually reviewing your HACCP system to ensure that you stay fully compliant. FOOD SAFETY TRAINING Ensure your staffmembers are fully trained with our nationally recognised Level 2 Food Safety e-learning course. Up to 10 members of staff are included in the package and you also receive 50%off all further ELAS e-learning courses.

AUDITS AND COACHING VISITS Your food safety consultant will conduct a follow up visit later in the year to check how you are getting on with all the procedures and recommendations. They will highlight any areas that you are doing well in as well as any areas that may need improvement and offer coaching to your teams. Clients who score over 90% in one of our audits are awarded the prestigious STS Certificate of Excellence. CONSULTANCY We know that issues can arise at any time, which is why our food safety and health and safety advice line is available around the clock. ABSENCE MANAGEMENT Attendance Pro is our industry leading absence management system that has been proven to reduce absence rates by up to 62%. This service provides 24/7 phone access to a teamof absence advisors who will explore each absence, agree upon a return to work date and relay all this information back to you via a convenient absence management portal. One of our specialist fire safety consultants will come to your premises to compile a personalised fire risk assessment. All your employees will receive fire safety training and be made aware of your recommended evacuation procedure. You will also have access to template risk assessments via our online portal.
