Filtering Documents by Date There are FOUR options for filtering documents by date. 1. A blank document is considered fully open ended and will bring up ALL documents.

2. Entering a date in ‘Accounting Month From’ and leaving ‘Accounting Month To’ blank gives results that begin with the ‘From’ month.

3. Leaving the ‘Accounting Month From’ open and specifying the ‘Accounting Month To’ gives all results up to the ‘To’ Month.

4. Entering a date in the ‘Accounting Month From’ and ‘Accounting Month To’ gives results for a specific date range only.

Filtering Documents by Modified Date Use the Modified date ‘from’ and ‘to’ parameters to filter. These fields work similar to the accounting month parameters.

Downloading Supplemental Documents Using any of the filter methods mentioned above bring up document list that matches your parameters.

This box will pop up allowing you to open document or save it to your computer.
