THE ROLE

Bidwells have a rare opportunity for an ambitious surveyor to join their highly regarded Cambridge Business Space Agency team. They act for broad range of investors, developers and occupiers on the most exciting and schemes across Cambridge working day to day with fast growing science and technology companies. They have an immediate opportunity within their Office & Laboratory team but are also interested in speaking with individuals with a passion for Industrial & Logistics and a role working within both markets could be considered. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: • Managing a portfolio of agency instructions. • Advising clients of appropriate terms for the purchase, letting and sale of properties, to ensure sites are realistically appraised and all ‘angles’ assessed. • Preparing sales and marketing particulars and selecting successful purchasers/ tenants. • Marketing instructions and negotiating appropriate terms. • Building close working relationships with key clients in order to maximise opportunities for repeat work. • Promoting Bidwell’s services and winning agency instructions.

In return you will receive an excellent rewards package; 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), up to 8% contributory pension, health insurance, discretionary bonus, medicash scheme (money towards dental treatments, opticians and remedial therapies). In addition, you get the chance to work in Bidwells’ state-of-the-art offices, based in Cambridge. (3+ days per week, flexible working option available). Previous experience in Bidwells markets and in an agency capacity would be beneficial but not absolutely required for this role. Whether you are still working towards your APC or are seeking progression to Associate level or beyond, this could be a fantastic opportunity to excel your career as a Business Space Agency professional.
