Secret Garden are delighted to present our first collection of beautiful Hampers.

Our business has had to change during the Covid 19 outbreak, throughout the summer we packed and delivered Picnic Hampers to all our local guests. We are extending this into a Postal Hamper range that is suitable all year round. Many of the delicious goodies are handmade or sourced from local artisan producers. Our own Chefs bake fresh cakes and delights every day and we source exceptional high quality goods from small producers and suppliers throughout the South East of the England All our hampers are beautifully presented and are of exceptional quality. We lovingly pack and carefully post knowing that on delivery our Hampers are highly enjoyed and leave a memorable impression.

General Questions Howmuch does it cost to have the Hamper Delivered? All our Hamper prices include next day delivery. You do not pay extra for delivery. Can I collect my Hamper You can collect from our restaurant and we will reduce the prices advertised by £7.50 per hamper for all collections Where can I send my Hamper This is our first collection and we can only deliver to the UK. There are a fewpost codes in Scotland that will cost more for delivery, please enquire. How long will it take to arrive? We send out Hampers next day delivery Monday to Thursday; however during Peak times and covid 19 this may take a couple of days. We advise 3 working days just in case. How will the recipient know who this is from? Do not worry we include a personalise card with your message and we never send invoices or receipts with our gifts.

What happens if there is no one there? The courier will leave a calling card to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Can I cancel my order? If the Hamper has left our Kitchens we are not able to cancel.

Is your packaging Eco friendly We have sourced Recyclable packing and bio gradable Plastic packing in most cases. This is our first collection and as we grow we will make more changes to recyclable packing. Can I choose a delivery date? Yes you can order in advance, please let us know when you would like required delivery. During busy times such as Christmas the Courier may not deliver next day. What happens if my delivery is broken? Please do no sign for your parcel if any item is broken. Please take pictures and we will endeavour to sort as ASAP. You must notify us within 48 hours. What if a product is substituted. All our hampers are subject to availability. If we have to change an item we will give you a better product of greater value. Fresh Products If a Hamper has fresh products your Hamper will be labelled. We recommend that all fresh products are refrigerated as soon as you take delivery.

We offer a bespoke service for corporate orders; these can be personalised ribbons and Cards Complimentary slips etc... Or you may want to design your own personal Hamper. For all orders over 20 units we offer discounts and benefits. For customers that are loyal and use us regularly will also be offered discounts and benefits. Please contact us for more details.

We will pack and post all Hampers within 2 to 3 working days from order, unless you have requested a faster delivery or a set delivery day. Please provide full delivery details including phone number. We will place a personalised card with in the Hamper.

This is our first collection and we will increase our offering as we grow. This range was put together in the autumn of 2020 as a result of us having to find other ways of supplementing the companies’ income during the Corona virus outbreak. The lockdown rules have decreased our income by over 80% and to keep all our Team employed and to maintain our Venue we have launched this Hamper range. Rights of ownership All goods remain the ownership of Secret Garden Kent until full payment and execution of delivery. The company Secret Garden Enterprises Ltd. And the trading name The Secret Garden Hamper Company are a private Family company established 2006 Delivery During Peak times - December we cannot guarantee next day working day delivery. Orders are despatched within 2-3 working days of order. Delivery of single deliveries, delivery charges are included. If you order multiple hampers to the same address, these will be posted at the same time but we cannot guarantee they will all arrive together. Incorrect Recipient details Secret Garden Kent are not liable for any incorrect addresses given at order. Any additional charges occurred due to wrong details this will be liable by the person who ordered the Hamper or the company that ordered the Hampers. Delivery tracking We cannot always give proof of delivery; however we offer a delivery tracking system through Parcel force. Substitution All items are subject to availability, if for unseen circumstances we need to change an item we will replace the item with an item of greater value. We have the right to substitute any item at any time without notice. Products in the pictures are not always what is in the Hamper please check description.
