HST Fees in this guide are subject to HST. Note that HST does not apply to programs for children 14 years of age and under (excluding rentals). Wait Listing Every effort will be made to create a spot for you in a session. You will be contacted ONLY if a spot has been created. Class Cancellations Classes may be cancelled due to lack of registrations. We reserve the right to change or cancel programs if necessary. Every effort will be made to avoid these changes. In the event of inclement weather, listen to Easy101.3, like us on Facebook or check www.tillsonburg.ca for updates. Transfer Requests Class transfer must occur prior to the third class and will be based on class availability. After the third class, transfers will only be allowed at a Program Coordinator’s discretion. Credit Procedure If your plans change and you need to withdraw from a class, pro-rated credit will be given to you if you notify us prior to the third class. Credits will remain on account for up to 2 years, after which they expire. Returned NSF Cheques / Credit Cards Payments made by cheque or credit card which are not accepted by the bank, must be replaced with a cash payment. A $35.00 administrative fee will be charged for each returned cheque or credit card payment. Members are responsible for ensuring that credit card info is accurate and current. Family Discounts Each additional child receives a 10% discount on qualifying programs. Anyone eligible for the Family Discount must visit the Community Centre to register. Accessibility We endeavour to promote public awareness and sensitivity to all persons with disabilities; to identify, document and address accessibility issues and concerns; and to provide high quality services that are accessible to all persons within the community regardless of disability. Inclement Weather For your safety, you will be asked to leave the pool immediately when lightning is heard or sighted. Lifeguards will then direct you to our changerooms to wait 20 minutes for recurrence. If there is no recurrence, you will be allowed back in the pool. Lifeguards will wait for a one hour period and if there is no improvement, the facility will be closed. If outdoor temperatures drop below 18 degrees, the facility will be closed. Call 519.688.9011 before coming to the waterpark to ensure that the facility is open. The Town of Tillsonburg will issue a guest pass for those visitors with less than 2 hours of use due to an early closure with a receipt.
