M apping T he C omplete U niverse The diameter of the universe is 93 billion light-years. In 2020, Wikipedia reported stars discovered as far as 75 light-years away. This means that not even 1,200,000,000 parts of the universe are mapped. To make coordinated travel possible through wormholes, the universe will be mapped by UBMCP. G od ’ s B lessings & U ltra B rilliant P eople First of all, we need God’s blessing, which we believe is gran - ted. Secondly, we need the most Ultra Brilliant People in the world to help in mapping the complete universe. 61,800 T imes T otal NASA B udget The third requirement is proper funding to make this development possible. The total NASA budget from its beginnings up to 2020 is 1.2 trillion USD. Our funding is planned in 14 public offerings tota - ling 552 quadrillion USD. After correction for inflation of 4% per year, this equals 61,800 times the total budget of NASA. Q uantum C omputing & AI The eighth requirement is Quantum Computing, which is planned in deep space, at temperatures of 2.7 degrees Kelvin. The ninth requirement is Artificial Intelligence clusters. W ormholes & S pacefolding The 10th and 11th requirements are the use of wormholes and spacefolding as already described by Albert Einstein and pu - blished on Wikipedia and our website. They are essential for effective use of WARP1000. UBMCP will finance intense research into both of these topics.

To find new Earths, we need first to map of the universe, and understand where there are planets equal to the Earth.
