This new partnership is already yielding immediate benefits! A 401(k) designed specifically for the agriculture industry. Our goal is simple: To constantly evolve as a plan and enhance our 401(k) capabilities. The move to NWPS and Charles Schwab allows us to add investment options and expand flexibility in the plan’s design. BETTER OPTIONS FOR A BETTER TOMORROW

NWPS is the largest Multiple Employer Third Party Administrator in the country with a wealth of experience and tenure

among their ownership and employees, and they offer a diverse range of Qualified and Non-Qualified plans with highly competitive fee structures. As a new RSP offering, Non-Qualified plans can be tailored to meet the specific needs of both the employer and employees. With NWPS, we can also look ahead to the possibility of changing the RSP structure from a Group Trust to a Multiple Employer Plan, which would significantly lower compliance costs for RSP employers and participants. For example, instead of paying for individual 5500s for each employer, RSP would file a single 5500 for the entire plan.
