• 50% of new jobs in Pittsburgh Yards filled by local existing residents - 100 jobs • 80% of tenants Nia building are black or brown; 30% of residents are from surrounding neighborhoods • We have a youth cohort accelerator – young entrepreneurs • Equity policy flushed out and actionable in Atlanta Public Schools

• Clear articulation of career and education pathway alignment • Atlanta Wealth Building Initiative made loans, lined up TA for local entrepreneurs • EO RFP to provide training and jobs, workforce to include young people • Completed youth housing assessment from Urban Institute to inform our investments

• Public investment in Cure Violence • Grady has fully implemented gun violence prevention program • Black/white disparity for suspensions/expulsions in school are closed • House ATL secures $250M pool of funds to invest in affordable housing creating 6,000 units • Invest Atlanta economic operational strategy includes jobs for young people • GA equity funders invest in a robust youth organization strategy
