What to Expect From the Show

You will first be directed to a landing page where your Albrecht team will be available live to greet you.

You will next get to visit all the vendor booths. This will open in another browser so you can always come back to the Albrecht team for questions or information

Each vendor will have their own zoom room, where they will be showcasing their product offerings. You can enter at any time and join the conversation. While you may have to wait a moment for a current conversation to finish, you can stay in the room to wait for your chance to chat. The presentations will be ongoing.

Once you finish your discussion with one vendor, simply exit that zoom, click on another vendor and start another conversation.

Make sure you fill out your inspiration sheet. Everyone who turns in a sheet will be entered into a raffle. We will have 6 winners, 3 from each day. This year, because of logistics, we will not be sending samples in the same manner as previous years. Instead we will have an inspiration sheet that you can fill out during your visits with all the vendors. List the vendor and the item information and turn in at the end. We will follow up within 2 weeks with information about the items. From there, we can provide mock ups and samples as needed.

Tips & Tricks

You can start anywhere on the vendor page.

The vendors at the top and bottom will probably be the busiest, so feel free to start anywhere on the page, and go in any order you want.

Feel free to Zoom with a colleague

Audio works best if coming directly from your computer.

Make sure you are not set on mute.

If your computer does not have audio, no worries- you use the chat function.

Video is optional, but the meeting will probably be smoother if it’s on.
