/ RESIDENTIAL Apollo works with architects on major commercial design projects including renovations, complete refurbishments and new building construction. With an established network of suppliers, our team can source both standard and unusual materials for projects, suiting everything from contemporary to traditional designs. Our expert workmanship & experienced project managers ensure residential renovations, extensions and new builds are delivered on time and within budget. All work is carried out by our trusted group of sub-contractors who deliver high quality finishes every time.

Apollo assists with all types of new construction projects including industrial, commercial, residential and retail, offering end-to-end solutions for our clients and providing a dedicated project manager for each project who remains the single point of contact throughout. Clients engage us via a range of approaches including: Construct only, Design and Construct, Construction Management and Cost Plus. Design and Construct Solutions Apollo manages and delivers projects from start to finish, including the initial briefing and design, building services engineering, sourcing and procurement of all materials, full construction and finishes. Construction Management Apollo optimises the performance of a construction contract through planning, coordinating and mobilising project equipment, materials and personnel. Our approach ensures controlled delivery of a functional and viable project.

Apollo develops a clear understanding of our client’s needs to ensure that all aspects of an internal construction reflect the desired functional and design outcomes. We coordinate building services and mobilise our team to minimise any downtime for yours. Our quality is second to none so you can rest assured that everything from cabinetry and suspended ceilings to flooring and workstations will exceed your expectations. Make Good Works When a commercial tenant is moving out, Apollo can demolish and remove old fixtures including partitioning, furniture and redundant electrical, fire and hydraulic services before constructing or repairing walls, ceilings, and flooring for new tenants Building Maintenance Apollo offers ongoing maintenance services for established buildings including repairs and alterations. Turnkey Solutions Managing and delivering projects from start to finish is what we do best. Our full service includes the initial briefing and design, building services engineering, sourcing and procurement of all materials, full construction and finishes.
