A Straight forward process from start to finish In order to bid at Hol l is Morgan Onl ine Auctions you wi l l first need to create an account by providing your contact detai ls. You wi l l be required to verify your emai l address, by cl icking an activation l ink that we’l l send to you via emai l. Once you’ve created an account you can ‘watch’ lots that you’re interested in – you’l l be kept up-to-date

guide to online bidding – in just 3 easy steps BUYING at online auction STEP 1 Register to Bid • Go to the Hollis Morgan website and click on the Lot page that you want to bid on. • The online auction ‘widget’ will automatically pop up to prompt you. • Log in – or Register if this is your first time – and follow the instructions. • You will be asked to upload your ID and verify your registration via SMS text. STEP 2 Ready to Bid! • On the 23rd April you will receive an email reminder to enter your payment details for the auction. Do I need to register? All buyers must register to bid – the registration desk will be open from 18:15. You can download the registration form from the online Legal Pack and pre completed forms will be queue jumped. Can I bid by Telephone or Proxy?

How do I pay the Deposit and Buyers Premium? We can only accept the following methods of payment at the auction: • Personal or Company Cheque. • Bankers Draft. • Debit Card (NOT CREDIT CARD).

If you cannot attend the auction (although we strongly advise you do) you can make a Telephone or Proxy Bid . This authorises the auctioneer to bid on your behalf up to a pre-set limit. Forms and relevant conditions are available to download with the online legal pack. A completed form, ID and two cheques (one for the 10% deposit and one for the Buyer's Administration Fee of £1000 + VAT) are required by the Auction Department at least two full working days before the auction..

If successful, the winning bidder hereby agrees to pay to Hollis Morgan 10% of the purchase price as a deposit together with the buyer’s premium. VAT) and released to Hollis Morgan.
