From Sam: Alissa and I decided to take a trip to Williamsburg VA for Labor Day weekend. The first day we enjoyed the warmweather at the water park for the afternoon then explored downtown Williamsburg after a nice dinner. The second day we spent the whole day at Busch Gardens, we are both thrill seekers and made sure to go on every ride. Besides the rollercoasters we enjoyed a beer and pretzel for their beer fest weekend as well as both loved the bird enclosure. It was a very enjoyable weekend and was a good way to end the summer. Welcome Jeff to the team!

From Jeff: I was born in St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and was raised in Severn. I attended Meade High School where I ran track for four years and served as the team captain for two years. During my senior year and final track season, I helped my team win the county championship, which hadn’t been done in eight years. After graduating from Meade in 2016, I continued my education at Anne Arundel Community College where I received my Associate degree. I plan to further my education at UMBC in the spring, pursuing a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy.

(continued from outside)

From Garrett: Another month, another wedding, and in October me and my wife, Amanda, were pulling overtime with two weddings in the span of two weeks, as well as my Dad’s 43rd birthday! First one, was out in southern Maryland, and the other was in Catonsville. The latter we were both a part of the wedding party to witness the marriage of some of our best friends. Both nights were great, and we all had a lot of fun, highlighted by beautiful ceremonies, tear-jerking speaches by the Best Man and Maid of Honor respectively, and receptions that were about as fun as they come. We also got together with family at my parent’s house to celebrate my Dad’s

birthday. That was a nice quiet night where we all just enjoyed the company of close family with food prepared on the grill by yours truly and a nice warm fire to top off the night. October was an eventful month to say the least! From Laura: Samantha, Kathryn and T.J. sampled a few Jiu Jitsu classes, all got a gi and signed up for more classes!...The girls and I met my friend Kim and her family at the Maryland Renaissance Festival for jousting, the girls first (and per Samantha, her last) elephant ride, popping all the bubbles from the mermaid selling bubble wands, and snacks!

TJ and I attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s PT career fair. Had conversations with 28 students finishing in May 2020 or 2021 who showed interest in the focus on personal attention in our clinic. This is about 3x as much as last year! Jake and his friends stopped by, as his 2nd year class was in attendance! The next day TJ and I went to Denver for our quarterly clinic meetings. As always, the grandparent teams made it happen! They went to Jazzercise with Grammy, Montpelier Farms Family Farm Park and made scarecrows and had fall fun with Gran, and enjoyed hanging with Bubba and PopPop too!

For the first time in my life I wore contact lenses! I got fitted for them so I’d have the option when out and about especially for our upcoming Disney Trip! I have quite a time getting the buggers in. From Kate: Kate visited Montpelier Farms with her husband and 2 year old son, Phoenix. Phoenix loved the bumpy tractor ride! Kate took her first solo trip since Phoenix was born to Fort Lauderdale, FL to visit her friends. They went to Wynwood to see street art, ate lots of good food, and went to the beach!
