COLUMN BANNER – $2,000 Increase your visibility on the show floor! Vertical column banner size cannot exceed 3’ wide by 15’ tall and must be one-sided. We supply the banner that you design. (This is not a wrap.) Sign up early to secure the column you want.

MOWER GIVEAWAY – $6,000 This Equip Exposition sanctioned giveaway will be promoted digitally, in pre-show mailings and in the show directory to all Equip Exposition attendees. A press release will also be sent announcing the winner. *Must give mower away during Equip Exposition.

DEALER LEARNING CENTER – $3,000 PER TABLE We are looking for High-Performance Workshops sponsors - 2 sessions daily featuring Bob Clements International, Equipment Dealers Association and United Equipment Dealers Association. Your company will receive a skirted tabletop with (2) chairs and a table easel sign and you will have access to all attendees during the show. The tabletop will be in our new Learning Center located in the South Wing C Corridor, adjacent to our new Equip Merchandise Store and new hip Coffee House. Your company will receive recognition/logo in the Show Directory and on-site signage. Your logo will also be included in digital marketing geared towards all pre-registered dealers including the Equip Exposition website and social media platforms. This insertion order serves as your commitment to purchase a digital sponsorship provided by Map Your Show (MYS) for EQUIP EXPO 2022. Upon receipt of this signed contract, MYS will, if necessary, issue an invoice for these services and pro- vide the opportunity to immediately activate your online advertising content. Once your package has been activated, your sponsorship CANNOT be canceled and you are due the amount indicated on this insertion order. The payment terms on all MYS invoices are Net 30 Days. If an invoice becomes past due to the point that it becomes necessary to pursue collection efforts, all active web-related content will be suspended and the gross invoice amount is due & payable.

For the first time, ENERGIZE, a mid-afternoon event to amp up the energy for Thursday’s festivities, will be held this year. A variety of energy drinks, seating, stage setup, and pre-show marketing will be provided by the event organizers. At this event, attendees will have the opportunity to hear (and meet) influential voices who have inspired them to grow and invest in their business. The event format is simple, but it has proven effective. A tumbler will be placed in your booth each day and secured nightly. Your company will draw a winner at 12:00pm on Friday. YOU ARE HERE SIGNS – $2,200 Attendees will look here for directions while on the show floor. Your Logo, clearly visible on the floor plan, will let them know right away where you are. At least 5 double sided signs will be in the highest traffic areas of the show, including the outdoor demo area.

TRAMS – PARKING & DEMO AREA – $6,200 Sponsor will receive recognition on signage placed on each tram running parking lots and demo areas (total of 4 trams / 8 signs). You will receive recognition on signage next to each pickup location. There will be a minimum of 12 stops. Company will be mentioned as a sponsor in the official Show Directory.

STAIRWAY CLING – $10,000

AISLE SIGNS – $15,000 This is a three-year agreement (2022, 2023 and 2024) arranged for this exclusive sponsorship. Your company name and logo will be on display throughout the show every time visitors look up to find their way. Show management will arrange for the 30 overhead signs; you simply supply your logo to be imprinted on all sides of the signs.

This stairway is centrally located in the North Wing Lobby where Equip Expo Registration and HNA Registration will take place. Premier location that will be seen by all 20,000 plus attendees.

ATTENDEE BADGES – $9,000 The sponsoring company’s name will be seen on every Equip Exposition attendee badge. Attendee badges are highly visible to all attending throughout the three days of the show. The sponsorship is available to one company only.

MULLIGAN’S 5K FUN RUN AND WALK – $15,000 This is the inaugural 5K for Equip Expo. All participants will run/walk a 5K along the beautiful Waterfront Park leading up to the beautifully lit (Expo colors) Big Four pedestrian bridge – walking over the Ohio River to Indiana and returning to the finish line in Louisville. All proceeds will go to the Kentucky Humane Society. All runners/walkers will receive a logo shirt from the sponsor. Sponsor will be branded at the event. Snacks and refreshments will be given out as runners/walkers arrive or depart. All participants will receive a branded metal.

SOCIAL MEDIA LOUNGE – $25,000 The high energy lounge is a 40 x 40 (1600 square feet of space) Social Media Lounge is in a prime location of KEC – South Wing Lobby A. This lobby is located directly next to the North Wing Lobby where Equip Expo and Hardscape North America are holding their registration areas, and directly across the entrance to the show floor. Approximately twenty buses will shuttle attendees for 4 days: All buses will have a thirty-four’ belt wrap logo on one side of the bus (see attached example) which will be highly visible to all 20,000 plus attendees the entire show week throughout the city of Louisville. Opening Reception – Tuesday Evening, Wednesday – Friday buses will shuttle attendees between the Expo Center and participating hotels and the Expo Center and airport on Friday. In addition, sponsorship will include signs at pick-up location, recognition on the large onsite shuttle route signs and the opportunity to use a video playback device on buses, if available. SHUTTLE BUSES – $25,000 This is a (1) year agreement for 2022. If Sponsor would like to sign a three (3) year contract (2022, 2023 & 2024) there will be a 10% discount for signing all three years. If securing for all three years, a letter of agreement will be drafted to confirm 10% discount for all three years.

CLOSING KEYNOTE SPEAKER AND STAGE – $30,000 This exclusive sponsorship includes the sponsor to introduce speaker, Joel Sartore. Joel is an award-winning photographer, speaker, author, conservationist, and the 2018 National Geographic Explorer of the Year. He is a regular contributor to National Geographic Magazine, and an Eagle Scout.
