Green Initiative

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS

We comply with the US Lacey Act by sourcing our raw materials and timber from suppliers who are Green sustainable or FSC certified. We ensure raw materials including glue, lacquer and MDF/plywood meet the European Formaldehyde Regulation Class E1 standards.

CLEAN WORK SPACE

Our main factory is installed with centralized saw dust collection system as we strive to maintain a clean work environment for our workers. Our factories are designed with skylight ceiling roofs to allow maximum natural light into the work environment reducing electricity consumption.

The constant reduction of CO2, emissions, low-emission production steps, waste and energy-oriented optimisation in our product units have long been an avowed goal with our Integrated Management System. A cross-company life cycle assessment controlling system had been an integral part of this since 2005. We are actively involved in the propagation of the principles of sustainable building and in the further development of relevant standards.

REDUCE, REUSE & RECYCLE

In our factories, we implemented a process of gathering and burning wood wastes for energy. Steam produced from the burning is channelled into the kilns for drying our wood materials as well as finished products.
