Go to business.facebook.com and log in to your account Step 1:

Download and open Facebook Business Suite on your App Store/Play Store then log in your account.

To create a post, click 'Post and Stories' in the menu bar, then click 'Create Post' Step 2:

In the edit window, select the placements ~ Facebook News Feed and/or Instagram Feed. Insert text, add a photo or video. Click “Publish” if you want to publish your post immediately, or click the dropdown arrow if you want to schedule it.
If you schedule a post, you have to select a date and time you want the content to be published
