OUR EXPERTISE

Holder of a diploma in electrical engineering, Jean Pierre counts +20 years of experience in civil engineering working on residential projects in France.

He has been working in Mauritius for more than 33 years and has an extensive track record > Worked as Site manager at Alcatel Cable and was responsible for all civil engineering projects > Worked for ACE Construction (part of Allied Motors Group) and was involved in the construction of the marine farm in Mahebourg (of 800 m2 equipped with the associated MEP services and pumping system), construction of Audi showroom in Bagatelle, renovation of Swan building in Port-Louis

Jean Pierre Charrié - Construction Manager

> Worked as site manager at Super Construction and some of his main projects include: a block of flat (G+4 including basement), Emtel's telephone centre, more than 100 villas having surface areas ranging from 200 to 1000m2 with budget ranging from Rs4M to Rs200M. Jean-Pierre joined Trimetys Group in 2019 and was responsible of the renovation and construction of 15 villas in Tekoma Boutik Hotel in Rodrigues. He is also involved in Laelia project (12 individual villas developed under the PDS scheme) as well as Le Poulet Fermier farm in Henrietta. His new responsibilities are to oversee the construction of the Villas A'loès project (12 individual villas within Cap Tamarin Smart City) by ICE.

Steven has worked for several A-listed construction companies and supervised various construction sites. Steven has gained considerable knowledge in the industry with his 30 years experience on different projects: > Foreman for Fort Victoria Station Bain des Dames Cassis, Fort Geroges Station at Mer Rouge, Trou Fanfaron fishing jetty, NPF building (G+2), St Georges Hotel (G+14), construction of new container terminal at Mer Rouge as well as the jetty's platfrom and precast yard, vills pool at Oberoi hotels in Balaclava, construction of Midlands dam, fisheries post and training centre in Pointe aux Sables, La Laura waste transfer station, market fair in Pointe aux Sables, several blocks of appartment

He previously worked for 5 years with Immobilier Conseil prior to joining Cap Tamarin in 2014 where he overlooks all the construction sites. He has completed several projects since then including: 50 residential villas Roches Noires and Trou aux Biches, 15 single villas in a hotel in Rodrigues, and 102 apartments for Be Cosy Apart Hotel.
