ElQuator will install and maintain a 80kw vertical windmill power system complete with 1-hour energy storage system on the location agreed by Deswell Packaging to harness the energy and power the factory.

The electricity is free for Deswell Packaging to enjoy with no fuss and worries for the increment of energy tariff every year.

The system is self-functioning and easy to maintain.

ElQuator will install 2 units of 40kWh wind system anywhere that is agreed by Deswell Packaging management. The power generates from the wind energy will then be transferred to the dedicated MSB and distributed to the factorys where Deswell Packaging plan to utilize it. Deswell Packaging will determine the power distribution according to the arrangement and ElQuator will do the setup accordingly.

V E R T I CA L W I NDM I L L S Y S T EM The idea behind our Vertical Windmill System is, we come up with a very light windmill with the same m2 wing area as a traditional windmill. We use natural elements to spin our shafts to drive our generators. We fill up our storage by the moving shafts. For each windmill there is a special designed storage system. If there is no wind, the power from storage drives the shafts and energy will be produced. Unlike the traditional windmill that use high knot wind to move the blades that rotate the shafts, our Vertical Windmill System is more useable in any areas and runs well regardless of any wind direction. It is suitable to be placed on tall building and as such, we design the tower to be high not only to stores the whole system in it but also to place the windmill on top of it.

V E R T I CA L W I NDM I L L S Y S T EM Together with the system, you could find our Vertical Windmill System operational components comprises of generator, smart energy system, motor and controller box. All this component is the ‘heart’ that makes the Vertical Windmill System alive. It hold Smart Energy System made from LithiUm Ion Polymer 18650 Batteries controlled by ESP 32 and Interface board; both are our own design. The output come from pure sine wave inverter with makes load at the design rate.

W I ND LOGG E R How possible wind producing sufficient energy requires? There is not enough wind in this region to spin the high momentum turbine for energy generation. However, with minimal wind presence, energy can be generated. Equipped with the latest innovation and technologies, the potential for wind energy production is massive. With a mere wind reading at 2.3 m/s, energy can be produced and sufficient to provide any household electricity needs. We will install our wind logger to read the wind pattern, and from there, we will design our windmill according to the wind strength. Our gearbox will be set up accordingly so our windmill will spin according to the wind speed.

As we fight to produce clean energy, we are taking things seriously for the future. We stress on using environmentally friendly raw materials for all our system. And to set up our micro- hydro system in a green manner.

We use raw materials such as aluminum and iron can be recycled after 100 years used. So as much as we want to build, we will surely not contribute more to endangering our world.
