Leasing & Marketing Manager Candidate Information Pack
This role represents the opportunity to join the property management team of a leading developer and operator of purpose- built student accommodation in the US, Latin America, and Europe. You will be working as part of a wider UK sales & marketing team, reporting to the Property Manager, responsible for the leasing of your building and supporting local marketing. You will be the local expert in any given market, leading and mentoring a team of student staff (Community Assistants/CA’s) to drive prospect traffic, close leases, and reach the occupancy goal of the property or portfolio. Your role is pivotal to driving the overall performance of the portfolio, ensuring a world class consumer brand experience.
