Placement On Purpose is our solution for positioning teams and organizations to tap into the work and leadership purpose of professionals in their talent acquisition process. Gallup estimates that on any given team, 1/3rd of them are fully engaged and dialed in to the project, 1/3rd are functional in their role but aren’t engaged and primarily are just their for a check. And the final 1/3rd are actively disengaged and working against the efforts of the rest of the team as they look for another role.
The Chaos reports that 1/3rd of projects deliver successfully on time, on budget meeting quality requirements while another 1/3rd eventually deliver but are challenged on one of those three elements and the final 1/3rd fail.
